HOW TO MAKE A CASTOR OIL PACK:

Soak a cotton flannel in castor oil.  Apply it to the liver area, wrap plastic around waist, or cover with plastic, and apply heat with another soaked flannel or hot water bottle.  Leave on for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove any extra castor oil with a natural soap or baking soda and water.  Rest, relax and drink enough water to stay hydrated after doing this detox.
