Why detoxing Matters More Than Ever
Did you know that over a decade ago, the average German had about 20 detectable toxins in their blood. Today that number has skyrocketed to over 500. This dramatic increase shows just how important regular detoxing has become for our health.
What Happens When Toxins Build Up?
Our bodies are constantly exposed to man-made chemicals - from food, water, air and even personal care products. When these toxins enter the body, they don't just disappear. Instead, the body stores them in different areas and over time, they can build up to harmful levels. This can lead to toxicity and other health issues.
Water-Soluble Toxins
Some toxins dissolve in water and tend to collect in organs like the kidneys, lungs and bones. Two common ones are:
- Thimerosal - a preservative once used in vaccines.
- Glyphosate a chemical found in many herbicides.
- Fluoride - a repurposed heavy industry waste product which is a classified neurotoxin and is found in our water supply and commercial toothpaste.
Glyphosate is especially concerning because it strips the body of essential minerals and helps aluminium sneak into our tissues, where it can cause damage. It mimics an essential amino acid in the body called glycine and then acts as an imposter to it, making the body displace the glycine which is an essential component of collagen and it's production, and is crucial for the synthesis of glutathione, which is the body's master antioxidant.
Fat Soluble Toxins
Other toxins dissolve in fat and settle in the fatty areas of the body - especially the brain, which is mostly made of fat. These include:
- Pesticides
- Herbicides
- Insecticides
- Mould
- Heavy metals
- Benzene-based chemicals
Because they settle in the brain's fatty tissue and the nerves, they act as powerful neurotoxins. Different toxins need different detox methods. You can't detox everything the same way.
Here's a quick guide:
Toxin Type and Detox Support
Glyphosate: Take Glycine to help flush it out.
Heavy Metals like Mercury and Aluminium: Use Cilantro, Chlorella and Zeolite to bind and remove them. Additionally Chlorella and Zeolite are not just specific to heavy metals, they are also potent remedies against fluoride, glyphosate and other chemicals that get stored in the body and accumulate over many years.
Parasites, (worms, fungi, Candida): Use Mebendazole and Paraherb to eliminate parasites and Neem to eliminate fungi and Candida.
EMF's and Detox:
Electromagnetic fields (EMF's) from cell phone towers, smartphones and Wi-Fi can potentiate toxins like heavy metals, mould and certain pathologies. Metals like mercury, aluminium and titanium can act like antennas in your body to these EMF's causing inflammation, ageing, and exacerbating symptoms of disease.
Here's how to reduce your exposure:
- Switch your phone to flight mode when not in use
- Turn off Wi-Fi at night
- Keep your router away from bedrooms
- Use wired internet when possible
- Grounding
- Unplug unnecessary appliances when not in use
Krill is a form of superior Omega 3, which is a powerful antioxidant which can provide some protection/negation to EMF's.
Also, if you have metal fillings in your teeth, using a phone on that side can increase mercury release. Even a short phone call can activate dormant viruses like Epstein-Barr.
Detoxing isn't just a trend - it's a necessity in today's world. With the right tools and habits, you can help your body clear out harmful toxins and feel your best.
